Origin EVO-17S review: This thin gaming laptop tames even the mighty Core i9 - brownthinger

Origin PC's EVO17-S says IT's okay to consider an inch-thick laptop "thin." Sure, many mainstream laptops are mere slivers in comparison, but no of them can take a Core group i9 and GeForce GTX 1070—at to the lowest degree, not without the embarrassing performance nerf's of a Macbook Pro 15. The keyboard is a dome-case keyboard with an integrated 10-key numeric keypad. The keys are individually RGB backlit.

Size and design

Origin EVO-17S Performance

No of this would count if the EVO17-S didn't perform. Our first bench mark against a stack of gambling laptops is Maxon's Cinebench R15, which is built on the company's 3D interpretation engine from its Cinema4D 3D modelling application.

You prat get the Vulture Helios 500 to wake up if you overclock it, but out of the box, the EVO17-S does decently well.

Play Performance

You don't buy in a laptop wish the EVO17-S only for CPU workloads. Zero, you buy in a laptop computer the likes of the EVO17-S for gaming. First up is an boilersuit score using 3DMark Fire Scratch, a synthetic gaming bench mark with a good deal of credibility.

The EVO17-S's smallish battery doesn't help either. Determination
